This site — kindyra.com — is a landing hub for the Kindyra career pathway. It has no accounts and no logins. The only personal information it can collect is an email address, and only if you choose to give us one. This page explains exactly what happens to it.
Who we are
Kindyra is a free career pathway run by the Kindness Community Foundation (KCF LLC), a nonprofit. We are the data controller for information collected on this site.

What we collect
- Your email address — only if you submit the "Notify me of new tools" form on the homepage. Nothing else in that form is required.
- Basic technical logs — like IP address and browser type, recorded automatically by our host as a normal part of serving web pages. We do not use this to build a profile of you.
We do not run any third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
We use your email for one thing: to let you know when new Kindyra tools launch. We will not use it for anything else, and we will never sell or rent it.
Who processes it
We keep our providers to a minimum:
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes the "Notify me" form submission on our behalf.
That is the only third party involved on this page. Our separate tools — Kind Learn, Kind Skill Sprint, Kind Resume, and Kind OS — are their own applications and have their own privacy policies covering any data you give them.
Your choices and rights
- You can unsubscribe at any time — every email includes a way to opt out, or just reply and ask.
- You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing contact@kindnesscommunityfoundation.com. We'll action deletion promptly.
- We keep your email only for as long as you want to hear from us.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes to how we use your email will be communicated by email where appropriate.
